Each piece is handmade specifically for you so please allow up to 3 weeks for it to be made, packaged and sent.

bespoke commissions

I do take commissions to create pieces that are outside of my collections. If you would like to create a custom piece, please contact me.

shipping

Products are shipped as soon as they’re created and the delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping provider which is estimated below.

I ensure that each item is properly and safely packaged for shipping and I am not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit by third party.

If you wish to provide additional security of the package, an optional insurance can be purchased while dispatching. Please contact me if you wish to add this to your order.

shipping within the EU

Deliveries in Europe are handled by DHL and cost €9 per shipment. The delivery time is 3-5 working days once the product is dispatched.

If a force majeure (bad weather, strikes etc.) impacts the dispatch or delivery of your item, I will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order.

Please note that some additional delay in delivery may occur in areas over 20km from the courier headquarters.

shipping outside the EU

I’m currently only shipping within the EU but if you would like to order from outside the EU, please contact me before placing your order so that I can give you an accurate delivery cost.

Covid-19

I will do my very best to ship out all items as quickly and safely as possible, but with the pandemic situation around, items may take longer to ship than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
